What is RAID: Shadow Legends?
RAID: Shadow Legends is a free-to-play collection RPG developed by Plarium Global Ltd. You assemble a roster of 800+ playable Champions, each with their own affinity, rarity and skills, and take them through 8 game modes across the dark fantasy world of Teleria. The story is framed by The Arbiter, who summons champions to defend the realm. Champions are acquired through shards, events, login rewards and promo codes — the classic gacha loop of collecting, leveling and equipping your heroes.
The gameplay splits into a few big loops: you progress through the Campaign and dungeons, build teams for the Clan Boss, Arena, Hydra and other modes, and continuously improve your champions with artifacts and rank-ups. The game is free on all official platforms, with optional in-game purchases that speed up progression but are never required to play. Because the game is free-to-play, a lot of the strategy is about knowing where to spend your time: which champions are worth building, which events are worth chasing and how to farm gear efficiently.
This wiki exists to help with exactly that. Start with the Beginner Guide if you are new, check Promo Codes for freebies, read how champion rarities work, and use the mode guides when you hit a specific wall. Everything on this site is a fan-made resource — hard facts come from official sources, and anything that changes between updates is marked as such rather than guessed at.

Is RAID: Shadow Legends free to play?
Yes. The game is officially free to play: the Steam version is marked Free To Play and the App Store listing is Free. There are optional in-game purchases, but the base game costs nothing. See the Platforms guide for the official ways to get it.
What is RAID: Shadow Legends?
RAID: Shadow Legends is a free-to-play collection RPG by Plarium Global Ltd. You collect and upgrade 800+ playable Champions, then use them across 8 game modes to defend the dark fantasy world of Teleria at the call of The Arbiter. It is a gacha-style game: new champions come from shards, events and login rewards.
Is RAID: Shadow Legends worth playing?
That depends on your preferences. It is free to try, so there is no cost barrier: if you enjoy collecting champions, building teams and optimizing gear, it can be a long-term fit. If you dislike gacha progression or repetitive farming, it may not be for you.
Is there a RAID: Shadow Legends 2?
No sequel has been announced. The base game is a single evolving title — phrases like “new chapter” or “version 2” in announcements usually refer to updates, new content or limited-time events within RAID: Shadow Legends itself.
Can I play RAID: Shadow Legends in my browser?
RAID: Shadow Legends is officially available through the official site, the Steam client (Windows) and the App Store and Google Play mobile apps. This fan site does not host the game and never offers in-browser copies — use only the official channels listed on the Platforms guide.
